We aim to create a safe space and supportive environment to discuss your difficulties and identify your goals and needs. We work with you collaboratively to make sense of your current difficulties, how they might have evolved from early life experiences, and in doing so identify unhelpful coping mechanisms that developed, moving towards building and implementing more healthy and adaptive coping skills.
