I work from an integrative and relational stance, placing strong emphasis on understanding people within the context of their relationships, lived experiences, and broader social and cultural worlds.I

 

’m a Clinical Psychologist with over seven years of experience. Trained in a variety of psychological approaches, including psychodynamic, schema, trauma-focused, systemic, mentalisation-based, and cognitive behavioural therapies, I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs and circumstances. Through my work in NHS, third-sector, and private settings, I have supported people experiencing emotional and relational difficulties relating to anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma, neurodiversity, grief or loss, and challenges connected with physical health or the body.

 

I see a trusting and dependable therapeutic relationship as fundamental to therapy, and aim to bring openness, engagement, and attentive presence to support this process.
